Cancellation and Return Policy

Once you complete your order at the eshop checkout, it is automatically sent for processing and cannot be cancelled. If for any reason you change your mind, contact us as soon as possible via email at [email protected] so we can serve you.

According to the Consumer Regulation, you can return the products within 14 days of receiving them. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer and the refund will be made immediately after receipt of the products by Yogikuti, using the same payment method used during the original purchase. A necessary condition for accepting the return is that the products are in their original condition and packaging, without having been opened or used.
