Cancellation and Return Policy

Once you successfully submit your order online, automatic fulfilment starts and your order can no longer be cancelled. If for any reason you change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible at: sales@yogikuti.gr and help us give you the best possible service.

Υou can always return the goods within 14 days from delivery, in accordance with EU Consumer Contract Regulations.  Please note that all postage and handling charges associated with returning the goods are your responsibility. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund the cost of your order, excluding any additional delivery charges. The refund can only be processed back to the same payment method and refunds can take up to 14 days.

In order for Yogikuti Greece to accept your returns, all goods must be in their original condition. This means clothing must have hangtags still attached, while Yoga mats, props and all other equipment must be in their original cellophane and/or branded wrapper. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for any products that are have been removed from their wrapper or packaging.
